Job description
Driving growth in life sciences
Omics Empower GmbH specializes in advanced transcriptome sequencing technology services, supporting research and development in the life sciences sector with over 15 years of expertise in genome sequencing data analysis. As a Business Development Manager, you will expand the reach of these multi-omics services, forging partnerships and driving commercial success from the Berlin office on a hybrid schedule.
What you will do
• Identify and engage prospective clients across the life sciences sector to introduce advanced transcriptome sequencing solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers, academic institutions, and industry partners.
• Translate complex multi-omics data analysis capabilities into clear value propositions for clients.
• Negotiate service agreements and close commercial contracts in alignment with company goals.
What we are looking for
You bring a strong background in business development within the life sciences or biotech industry, paired with a solid understanding of sequencing technologies and genomics. If you match most of these requirements rather than every single point, we encourage you to submit your application.
Your benefits
Enjoy public transportation benefits and travel expenses compensation for your commutes and business trips. Flexible working hours, home office options, and remote work possibilities help you balance your professional and personal life. Additional vacation days and paid sick leave provide security and time to recharge, while parental leave supports you and your family.
Your first months at Omics Empower GmbH
You will have familiarized yourself with our transcriptome sequencing portfolio and established initial contact with key players in the life sciences sector. By building on our existing expertise in genome sequencing data analysis, you will have started shaping outreach strategies and cultivating client relationships.
