Build on processes that work well and improve those that need more structure. • Support effective OKRs. Work with the CEO and VPs to clarify objectives, owners, milestones, progress reviews and feedback loops. Make it easy to see what is on track and where action is needed. • Prepare performance reviews. Develop clear KPI reports and quarterly review materials that help leaders understand progress, gaps and next steps. • Surface issues and decisions. Identify roadblocks, delayed decisions and commitments at risk. Assess their impact, bring the right people together, and help find a practical way forward. • Keep leaders and stakeholders aligned. Build trusted working relationships across the business, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and maintain accountability while supporting collaboration.
