Job description
Start: 01. Januar 2027
AI has changed how office workers get things done. For the 80% of the global workforce that doesn't sit at a desk, it has barely arrived. Flip AI is changing that.
Flip AI is the #1 Frontline Agentic Operating System (OS) to build, automate, and orchestrate any frontline use case on a foundation of secure identity and comms with strong UX. In practice, that means one app where frontline workers in retail, manufacturing and logistics access their systems, run their processes, and use AI.
More than 1,000 brands trust Flip AI, and over two million people use it worldwide, at companies like Bosch, REWE, FORVIA HELLA and Greif. In August 2026, Notion Capital and HV Capital doubled down with a new $25M round, bringing our total funding to more than $85M.
Our mission: Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch.
What you can expect with us
• Hands-on Customer Success & Account Management: You will support our Customer Success team in day-to-day customer interactions and learn how we strategically guide customers, solve challenges, and achieve shared goals.
• Assistance in System Optimization: You will actively contribute to the setup, customization, and optimization of our employee apps, helping to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Training & Enablement Materials: You will create and refine onboarding and training materials (e.g. guides, presentations, best practices) that enable our customers to get started successfully..
• Event Organization: Prepare customer meetings, interactive workshops, and energizing kick-off events.
• Involvement in Success Stories: Gain insights into the design and evolution of our extensive collection of success stories, and contribute creatively to the planning of concepts.
• Experimenting with AI & New Tools: You will have the opportunity to experiment with AI tools - for example, to create content, analyze customer feedback, or optimize internal processes - and actively bring in new approaches.
What you bring with you
• Currently studying or recently graduated (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, STEM subjects, economics or related disciplines
• Available for 6 months, starting as soon as possible
• Ideally first experience in Customer Success, consulting, project management or SaaS. A plus, not a must.
• You work in a structured way, keep several topics in view at once, and see things through.
• You're confident in Excel or Google Sheets and build presentations that get to the point fast.
• You're keen on AI tools and would rather try something new than stick with the usual.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• You can be in our Stuttgart office on a regular basis.
What we offer
• Direct access: You work closely with our Head of Customer Success and get real insight into relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Work mode: Flip is remote-first. For this role you'll be in our Stuttgart office regularly, and we'll discuss the exact rhythm openly during the hiring process.
• Work-life balance: We cover your EGYM Wellpass membership and offer JobRad bike leasing.
• In the thick of it: You actively shape Flip and see the results of your work right away.
• Happy to be a Flipster: Regular team events and Culture Days that bring us together.
Everyone is welcome at Flip, whatever your gender or age. Sexual identity, background, religion, beliefs and disabilities make no difference. What matters most is that you're a good fit for us.
