Customer Success Manager (f/d/m)

A definitive shift is currently happening. Corporates across the globe are no longer just reporting on sustainability; they are actively investing in it as a core financial and strategic asset. At CEEZER, we are architecting the infrastructure for enterprise-grade Climate Performance Asset management, transforming how the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates (EAC), and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc). Our platform gives the world’s most ambitious enterprises the data-driven precision, real-time monitoring, and framework-compliant reporting required to confidently deploy capital toward high-impact Climate Performance Asset portfolios and true, measurable climate action. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. Moving beyond traditional account management, this role requires an operational partner to drive post-transaction delivery, manage cross-functional workflows, and convert front-line client insights into scalable sales enablement. You will combine high-touch client support with rigorous execution to ensure enterprise buyers experience seamless value at every stage. The Role • Manage end-to-end post-transaction execution, serving as the primary liaison for clients on retirement coordination, custom reporting requests, and finance operations including invoicing queries. • Proactively identify supply delays and operational risks, developing swift mitigation strategies and partnering with Account Executives to deliver clear, solutions-focused client communications. • Maintain rigorous data hygiene across Salesforce and our platform while systematically uncovering expansion and upsell opportunities to drive recurring account growth alongside Sales. • Deliver high-touch client support and troubleshooting, rallying internal cross-functional teams to streamline deliverable timelines and ensure seamless execution. • Synthesize front-line client feedback to inform product roadmaps, while translating real-world best practices into enablement resources that prepare Account Executives for pre-sales conversations. • Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute strategic client communication campaigns that keep complex corporate networks, suppliers, and subsidiaries engaged long-term. Requirements • 2–7 years of experience in client-facing operations, enterprise account management, or B2B customer success, with a track record of driving flawless post-transaction execution. • Exceptional project management capabilities and operational discipline, with the proven ability to structure complex deliverables and manage a broad, dynamic scope of responsibility. • Highly analytical mindset with a strong command of data and reporting, capable of translating complex metrics into polished, reusable client-facing assets and frameworks. • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with the executive presence required to confidently engage and align senior external stakeholders. • Operational proficiency with Salesforce and modern CRM architecture to maintain rigorous data alignment across client management platforms. • Fluency in German is a plus, alongside a foundational understanding of carbon markets, sustainability regulations, or evolving corporate climate frameworks. What's in it for you at CEEZER? • A mission that matters: Work alongside international teams combining finance, tech, and climate science professionals to direct capital toward the world's most critical climate assets. • Accelerated growth: We are scaling fast, and your career will too. Take opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives and expand your strategic influence. • True ownership: We are building in a brand-new market, meaning many of our best practices don’t exist yet. If you see a better workflow, tool, or strategy, you have the autonomy and backing to build it. • An empowering environment: We bring together diverse global perspectives, knowing that solving complex climate challenges requires a wide mix of backgrounds and expertise. • Real enterprise impact: Transform how global corporates approach sustainability. CEEZER hosts 50Mt+ of vetted carbon credits across all pathways, all backed by sophisticated data and institutional-grade risk management. • A net-zero career: We practice what we preach. From your first day, we fully offset your personal and professional carbon footprint because sustainability is how we operate. Create an impact with us? We know that great talent doesn’t always follow a linear path. If your experience doesn't check every single box on this list, but you have the drive and unique strengths to excel here, we still want to hear from you.
