Endear - Product Manager

Our Story At Endear, we’re building the first modern CRM for retail teams, starting with the frontline. Our software helps retail teams build stronger customer relationships through thoughtful, intuitive technology. From clienteling and customer capture to appointments and in-store experiences, Endear gives brands the tools they need to create more personal interactions and drive measurable growth. We work with brands like Gorjana, Reformation, and Alo Yoga, and we’re continuing to evolve Endear into an increasingly AI-first product built around how modern retail teams actually work. Position Overview We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver the next generation of Endear's platform. You'll take ownership of product decisions, priorities, and outcomes, working closely with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer needs and business opportunities into impactful product experiences. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can operate autonomously, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. You'll have meaningful ownership over what gets built, why it matters, and how we measure success, while partnering with product leadership on broader vision and direction. AI fluency is central to how we work. You'll use AI to accelerate discovery, bring ideas to life through prototyping, automate workflows, and help the team deliver value faster. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of decisions, and knows how to connect great product experiences to meaningful business impact. What You'll Accomplish In your first 6 months, you'll… • Take ownership of product initiatives from discovery through launch, making decisions around scope, priorities, and tradeoffs. • Build a deep understanding of our customers, their workflows, and the business problems we're solving. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing to gather insights, align priorities, and identify opportunities for product improvement. • Translate customer needs, business goals, and product data into clear priorities and actionable plans. • Work closely with Design and Engineering to evaluate solutions, make product decisions, and deliver high-quality experiences. • Define success metrics and take accountability for the customer and business outcomes of the features you ship. • Use AI to improve how product work gets done, including rapid prototyping, documentation, research synthesis, and workflow automation. In your first year, you'll… • Independently own meaningful areas of the product roadmap, driving decisions and measurable outcomes within the broader product strategy. • Deliver product improvements that increase adoption, engagement, customer value, and business performance. • Establish strong feedback loops across customers, Sales, CX, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to inform ongoing product decisions. • Build repeatable, AI-powered workflows that help the product team operate more efficiently and ship faster. • Become a trusted cross-functional partner who brings clarity to complex problems and drives alignment around priorities and decisions. • Demonstrate clear business impact through the products you build and the improvements you deliver. You'll Thrive in This Role If… • You love owning product decisions and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just execution. • You're able to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions without needing constant direction. • You think commercially and understand how product decisions connect to customer value, adoption, retention, and business growth. • You naturally bring together different perspectives from Sales, CX, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to make better product decisions. • You're comfortable challenging assumptions, prioritizing competing needs, and communicating tradeoffs clearly. • You're highly fluent in AI and actively look for opportunities to automate work, build prototypes, and improve how teams operate. • You move quickly, experiment often, and know when to gather more information versus when to make a decision. • You care deeply about understanding customers and solving the right problems. You Have Experience With • Approximately 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building customer-facing software or B2B SaaS products. • Independently owning product initiatives, including discovery, prioritization, decision-making, execution, and measuring outcomes. • Making product decisions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. • Demonstrating measurable business impact through products or features you've shipped. • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to align stakeholders and drive initiatives forward. • Conducting customer discovery, synthesizing feedback, and using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. • Defining success metrics, evaluating product performance, and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration. • Operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities evolve. • Demonstrating strong AI fluency through practical applications, such as: • Building functional prototypes with AI to communicate and validate product ideas. • Automating product documentation, requirements, and ongoing updates. • Creating AI-powered workflows or systems that streamline product copy, content edits, or repetitive processes. • Using AI to accelerate research synthesis, problem framing, and product decision-making. • Evaluating AI-generated output critically and understanding when human judgment and validation are needed. Experience with retail technology, e-commerce, CRM, mobile-first products, or AI-powered experiences is a plus, but not required. Align With What We Value At Endear, we live by five core principles. Here's how they translate into what we're looking for in this role: • Customer First: You prioritize real customer problems, use research and data to guide decisions, and connect product improvements to meaningful customer and business outcomes. • Take Ownership: You take responsibility for product decisions and results, independently driving initiatives from identifying opportunities through delivery and iteration. • Enable Autonomy: You create clarity around priorities, decisions, and tradeoffs so cross-functional teams can move forward confidently and independently. • Under Promise, Over Deliver: You set realistic expectations, communicate openly with stakeholders, and consistently deliver measurable value. • Innovate & Deliver Value Quickly: You embrace AI, automation, and experimentation to improve how products are built, reduce unnecessary work, and deliver meaningful improvements faster.
