GTM Engineering Intern | Revenue Operations (d/f/m)

In a nutshell: 4 to 6-month internship in our RevOps team at our Munich headquarters (hybrid), starting between February and April 2027, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role straight afterwards. About this role at Luminovo Luminovo builds the B2B SaaS platform that powers the electronics supply chain. DACH is our home market and one of our strongest, and we have recently expanded into North America and the rest of Europe. GTM engineering at Luminovo is part of Revenue Operations, the department that sits between marketing, sales and customer success and makes sure our revenue organisation runs smoothly. Our go-to-market engineering function builds the systems that find the right companies and the right people for our sales team: target lists, data enrichment, hyper-personalised outbound campaigns that signal our sellers whom to call next. We work closely with Account Executives, the BDR team and marketing and directly contribute to pipeline generation. As our GTM engineering intern, you will run outbound campaigns end to end and help build the next layer: signal-based lead generation. You will also help us improve account scoring and build AI automations that take manual work off our sales reps. There is no textbook for this role. You will learn it the way we did: by building, shipping and seeing what works. By the end of your internship, you will have shipped revenue systems that our sales & marketing teams rely on every day, and gained hands-on experience in go-to-market engineering, one of the hottest roles on the market right now! You will also see first-hand how a modern B2B start-up operates day to day, with AI built into its workflows. This role is for you • You combine technical thinking with commercial curiosity: perhaps you studied engineering and want to understand how companies sell, or you have discovered a passion for the commercial side of start-ups. • You are keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to grow alongside a high-growth start-up. • You bring the drive to learn quickly, a sharp analytical mind and the ambition to take on real responsibility from your first weeks. You collaborate well, ask questions without hesitation and are happy to get your hands dirty. • You use AI as more than a better search engine. You have built your own automations, workflows or tools, and can explain what you shipped and what came of it. • You are fluent in both German and English. Much of our outbound targets buyers in the DACH region, while the company operates in English. • You stand out if you have built something entrepreneurial during your studies, be it a side project, a student society or a small business. • You have first experience in GTM engineering, sales operations or automation (this is a big advantage but not a requirement!) Your performance objectives 🧬 Run outbound campaigns • Deliver multichannel campaigns end to end. Build target lists, source and enrich the right contacts, and write the messaging in German and English. • Go where coverage is thin. Your campaigns will go wherever our sellers need the most support or wherever there is an opportunity worth pursuing, starting with DACH and extending to the rest of Europe and North America. Take on event campaigns, new regions and opportunistic plays, and turn them around to contribute to our pipeline. 🌀 Build signals and tooling • Ship signals. Build plugins or scrapers that generate high-intent leads for our sellers. • Process scaling. Transform website engagement into automated outbound triggers and create repeatable playbooks. ⚙️ Build automations • Remove manual work. Automate the repetitive manual tasks our revenue teams deal with day to day. • Challenge what exists. Get to know the systems we have built, then tell us where they fall short and help improve them. 💶 Unblock the sales team • Understand what sales reps need. Work closely with our AEs and BDRs, get to know their accounts and processes, and remove the friction that slows them down. • Close the loop. Feed what you learn from replies and campaign results back to sales and marketing. 🗂 Own the data • Own enrichment and imports. Take responsibility for account enrichment and every data import into HubSpot on contact, company and lead level. • Keep data accuracy high. You will be responsible for maintaining our enrichment so that data stays clean and workflows keep firing. Your Toolkit You will learn to work with the most modern sales automation tools on the market, such as Clay, n8n, Twain, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and many more. Work location Our Munich headquarters. For your first two months you will be in the office most days, so you get to know the product, the team, our ICP and the basics of our market. After that, the role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home. Occasional travel for team retreats and industry events (expenses covered). Whom you will be working with • Max Hungenbach, Revenue Operations Team Lead and your line manager • Danny Bodnar, GTM Engineer, your mentor and day-to-day coach • Clifton Lobo, VP Global Sales. You will work directly with him on GTM strategy. • Dasha Vyazemskaya, Head of BDR and your partner on handing campaigns over to the BDR team • George Knight, Demand Generation Manager in Marketing and your partner on campaigns run alongside marketing • Our Account Executives and BDRs across Europe and North America, for whom your campaigns run Skills, knowledge, and expertise Just so you know, we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care about your CV.
