IT Operations Engineer

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to help build, operate, and secure the infrastructure that supports our rapidly growing company. This is a broad role an early, hyper scaling startup. You will work across enterprise IT, server administration, hosting, DevOps, user support, and information security. The role combines hands-on technical operations with the opportunity to develop robust, well-managed IT environments for engineering, manufacturing, testing, and business operations. We are looking for someone who understands that reliable IT is essential to a high-performance engineering organisation and that processes and platforms need to be scalable from initial implementation. You should be comfortable working across both Windows and Linux environments, troubleshooting directly, and improving systems rather than simply maintaining them.
