Recruitment Partner

Who we are hirehire agency is built around deep product and design expertise. Our expert network is made up of senior designers and PMs who have worked at companies like Intercom, Stripe, Revolut, and others. They interview and evaluate like practitioners – because they’ve done the job. That’s what sets us apart from the typical agency. Our clients include JetBrains, Replika, Recraft, Sentry, Toloka, Nebius, White Circle, Manychat, Capital.com, TripleTen, Pleo, Emerging Travel Group, Solidroad, and others. What’s at our core Three pillars everything revolves around: • Clients – they need the right person, fast. • Experts – they evaluate candidates with a practitioner’s eye. • Talent – people with their own goals and pace, not a line on a resume. A Recruiting Partner holds all three at once: hearing the client’s request, listening to the candidate, guiding and supporting the expert. This is deep, partner-like work with people – like leading a dance, everyone moving in the same direction. What you’ll be doing • Own each search end-to-end – from brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication. Interviews are run by our experts. • Be the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates rather than transactional touchpoints. • Work with top-tier talent – we focus on the top 1% of candidates, and that bar shapes how we engage with people from the very first conversation. • Write sharp, un-templated job descriptions, briefs, and outreach. • Manage sourcing through our internal network plus targeted external search, powered by AI. • Track progress with data and feedback, not just gut feel. • Bring structure that raises quality across the team. • Help build the AI tools the whole team relies on. What you need to succeed • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments. • We're built for AI-native hiring, and we work the same way ourselves. We want someone who actually builds AI into their daily workflow. • Confidence with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR tech in general – plus curiosity about what's new. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you keep things moving. • Empathy and the ability to support people without losing pace. Really, really nice to have • Experience hiring designers across seniority levels – or hands-on design experience yourself. What you get • A stable base salary, plus a commission on every role you help fill. • Fully remote work and flexible hours; CET ± a few hours works fine. • Unconventional projects with global reach. • Early access to new recruiting tech. • Growth in skill and earnings, tied to the results you bring in. • Direct mentorship from the co-founders. • An environment that’s genuinely open and just as genuinely demanding – support and a high bar reinforce each other here.
