(Senior) Enterprise Engagement Manager (f/m/d)

About Stackgini How do you govern 20,000 applications when nobody in the building still knows which of them do the same thing? How do you get faster to market and leaner at the same time, when business units ship AI prototypes in days and the regulatory load grows every quarter? Stackgini is the AI operating system for Autonomous Enterprise IT. Our system understands our customers' enterprise tech landscape from the ground up: from technical configuration to application documentation, from a single tech demand to the dependencies across the entire portfolio. With the depth of knowledge of a senior tech expert and the speed of a machine. Some of the largest organizations in the world work with us, including DAX-40 and Fortune-500 customers like Siemens Healthineers and REWE. We're a small, talent-dense team, building what we believe will change how the world's largest companies operate. We are growing fast, and the people joining now are the ones who set the standard - for the product, the culture, and our category. Stackgini will be the place where you will do the most meaningful work of your career. About the role As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you own what Stackgini actually becomes inside our customers. You take over once the deal closes and guide the organization from the first target-picture discussion to the point where tech demand management runs differently than it did before. This is advisory work with a product behind it. You sit with CIOs, IT business partners, and enterprise architects, understand how their demand process works today and where it breaks, and design a target picture they can defend internally. You measure what it delivered and turn that into the basis for the next year. Unlike consulting, you don't walk out after the final presentation. You stay with the accounts you own and see, over years, what became of your work. Areas of ownership • Strategic advisory. You are the trusted advisor to tech leaders in DAX-40, Fortune-500, and ambitious mid-market organizations. You show them what best-practice AI-first demand management looks like and bring an outside view they can't get internally. Out of that you develop the target picture with them, from the end-to-end process concept to how Stackgini fits into the existing IT toolchain. • Value realization. You define the KPIs you will be measured against together with the customer, baseline them, and prove the effect. You guide them through portfolio optimization and build the business cases behind it. Realized value is not a story for the QBR here, it is the number the role hangs on. • Stakeholder engagement. You make the champions inside the customer's organization successful. You give them the arguments, the evidence, and the backing they need to carry Stackgini into business units, IT governance, architecture, procurement, and information security. • Adoption and enablement. You make power users and multipliers capable through trainings, best practices, and workshops, and you feed what you learn back into our methodology. • Account growth and expansion. Identify and drive expansion opportunities by developing growth plans across new use cases, teams, and units, and spot risk before it surfaces in a renewal. • Build our customer value engine. You work hands-on on daily operations, expand the Stackgini Academy into a best-in-class enablement hub, and develop thought leadership assets: playbooks, point-of-view content, best practice guides. • Partner cross-functionally. Bring structured customer insights into Product and Engineering, shape our roadmap with use-case-driven evidence, and support Sales on key strategic deals. Who you are • 2+ years in enterprise tech or consulting. Strategy or management consulting, IT transformation, or an enterprise tech function such as IT governance, architecture, or tech demand management. What matters is that you owned an outcome at a customer, not a workstream. • You structure ambiguity. You break down complex problems, shape them into clear options, and build processes that work without you. • You hold your own up to C-level. Precise in writing, structured in speech, composed in front of executives. In German and English. • AI-native, not AI-curious. You can describe concretely how you use LLMs, agents, or custom workflows in your daily work. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be credible in a room with one. • Ownership over scope. You move things forward without waiting to be assigned, and client-facing work energizes you rather than drains you. What's a plus • A real understanding of how enterprise tech organizations work, ideally with exposure to enterprise architecture, IT governance, software asset management, or IT procurement • Experience designing onboarding paths, trainings, and certifications that drive adoption at scale Your first 90 days • You own accounts and know their demand process well enough to challenge it. • You have built a target picture and the corresponding value KPIs with at least one customer. • You run workshops and trainings on your own, with business and tech in the same room. • You have improved one thing about our methodology, because you saw where it didn't hold up at a customer. Process Intro call, hiring manager interview, case study, meeting the team. Compensation Package The annual salary for this permanent, full-time position is EUR 80,000–110,000 per year and employee stock options. Benefits • Opportunities for professional growth • 30 days of vacation and day off on your birthday • Modern office space in Berlin • Budget for self-improvement, and other perks • Gympass • Deutschlandticket subscription • Dedicated time for learning & innovation • Quarterly Get-Together-Events • The best popcorn in town Ready to make an impact?
