Senior Fullstack Engineer (all identities)

Das erwartet Dich Caspar Health builds digital rehabilitation products that enable patients to continue their therapy beyond the clinic and help therapists support them more efficiently. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer in our Healthcare Professionals Squad, you will build and improve the interface therapists use to manage their daily work. Working across our Ruby on Rails backend and React and TypeScript frontend, you will shape solutions with Product and Design and take them from an initial problem through to production. You will join a cross-functional team of four engineers and a UX/UI Designer. Together, you will improve how healthcare professionals communicate with patients and deliver therapy—while shaping the architecture, reliability and maintainability of the underlying software. We appreciate your expertise and wish to provide full transparency regarding the compensation range for this role. Your starting salary will be aligned with your qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, and market benchmarks.
