Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Let’s shoot for the stars: We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale our experimentation efforts focused on driving direct and repeat bookings. You will define what we test, why we test it, and how we turn results into scalable growth. You’ll work across channels and ensure that experimentation becomes a core capability of our Marketing team. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we use our CMS as a growth lever, enabling fast and effective iteration of our web experience. Beyond running experiments, you will be responsible for translating learnings into real business impact — identifying scalable opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives through to implementation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and learning fast — and just as importantly, turning insights into tangible change at scale. You’ll work closely with CRM, Content, Design, Paid, and Product teams to continuously generate and implement learnings that improve our core business KPIs. How you’ll be hosting with heart: • Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap to drive direct and repeat bookings across the customer journey • Design, lead and implement cross-channel experiments (web, CRM, Paid, on-site), from hypothesis to evaluation • Leverage and evolve the CMS to rapidly build, test, and optimize landing pages and web experiences • Establish clear frameworks for experiment design, measurement, and decision-making • Translate experiment results into scalable initiatives and drive their end-to-end implementation across teams • Align and influence stakeholders, acting as project owner to ensure initiatives are executed effectively What you need to shoot for the stars: • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, Product Marketing, or similar • Proven track record of running and scaling impactful experiments across web and marketing channels • Strong expertise in conversion optimization, user behavior, and funnel analysis • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar), with the ability to independently build and iterate • Solid understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution limits) • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured experiments and actionable roadmaps • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from insight to implementation • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with high ownership and a pragmatic, impact-focused mindset We're designed to stay because: • Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office. • Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period. • Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office. • Oneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas). • Growth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development. • Limitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget. • Workation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union. Our Limehomies love traveling so we want to give them the chance to work from inspiring new locations regularly. • Sabbatical: After your 1.5 years with Limehome we offer the possibility for a 3-month sabbatical. You can use it for whatever you want: may it be traveling, spending time with your besties or volunteering. • Everything for our Limehomies: We focus on your physical wellbeing (Urban Sports Club), to your mental wellbeing (Nilo.health), or even staycations in one of our beautiful Limehomes, and many more suite benefits.
