To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. The opportunity BLP creates value the moment it is connected to our customers' ERP systems. As an Integration Specialist, you onboard our customers on our integrations and ensure connectivity between BLP and their ERP system. You assess and challenge change requests and specify them for our Integration Engineers. Your work directly drives customer go-lives and revenue. Integration Engineers build, Project Managers lead the project, you make the integration work. What you'll do • Onboard customers on our ERP integrations: analyze their IT landscape, engage the right stakeholders, advise on best practices, install and configure our ERP integrations. • Assess and challenge change requests and turn them into a clear, implementable specification for our Integration Engineers. • Advise customers during self-onboarding. • Collaborate with the Integration Engineers to continuously improve our integrations and streamline the onboarding experience. • Flag major development needs and blockers early, and make clear recommendations. • Support Project Managers on technical feasibility, effort and sequencing, through first go-live. What you bring • 2+ years in technical consulting, enterprise integration or technical product work. • Experience working in a customer-facing role. • A solid grasp of ERP landscapes, interfaces and master data, and how data actually moves between them. • Deep understanding of at least one ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Abas), both from a functional and integration perspective. • Familiarity with common integration formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transports (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP). • Fluent German and English, spoken and written. Nice to have • Understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes, including the related finance and accounting workflows. • Experience writing specifications that engineers can build from without a translation layer. • Comfortable reading production code, with the help of AI tools, to understand integration behavior and answer customer questions. Why BLP • Real impact: successfully connecting a customer's ERP system decides whether a customer goes live. • A fast-growing, global AI company providing the ideal environment to learn and grow fast. • Clear handoffs: Integration Engineers build and own the product code, Project Managers own the plan, and you own the implementation. • At least one month of onboarding at our Zurich headquarters. • Employee ownership through our stock option program.
