(Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d)

At aedifion, you will actively shape the future of energy-efficient building operations. Our mission is to make existing buildings smarter, more sustainable, and easier to manage making a real contribution to CO₂ reduction. You'll join an innovative tech company that uses cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI, and cloud solutions to enable sustainable real estate. Our culture? Open, diverse, and team-oriented. With more than 100 colleagues from various nations, we combine a wide range of expertise and perspectives to achieve big things together. Your impact in this position: As our (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d), your mission is to make sure our revenue organization grows in a way that is strong, predictable and scalable. You combine data analysis with consistent process automation, and you play a key part in giving Sales more time for what actually matters, in raising forecast quality to a new level, and in building a go-to-market (GTM) structure that scales with aedifion. What you can expect: • Sales enablement roadmap: Take ownership of the prioritized sales enablement roadmap and drive it forward, so that manual work in Sales goes down step by step through workflow automation. • Forecast and pipeline: Define what good pipeline quality and forecast accuracy mean at aedifion, track how both develop, and turn what you see into concrete measures that make our planning more reliable. • Turning data into decisions: Analyze GTM data from different sources, spot patterns and connections, and translate them into clear recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on. • GTM process architecture: Design and improve the processes along the entire GTM funnel, set clear definitions and handovers between teams, and keep developing them based on your own analyses. • Building agents and governance: Build and roll out AI agents for recurring steps in GTM work, establish one common standard for how AI automation is used, and keep quality and oversight across all teams. • GTM tech stack: Evaluate tools against defined criteria, prepare well-founded decision papers, and shape together with our Head of Business Operations how new solutions fit into our existing tool landscape. • Strategic GTM planning: Create the analytical basis for decisions on growth, market coverage and compensation, so they rest on solid data and set the right incentives for our team. At aedifion we foster an open and appreciative culture where everyone can develop freely, regardless of background, gender, age, ability or orientation. We offer a safe space for personal growth and independent work. Flexibility and openness matter to us, so that everyone can work with authenticity and enjoy what they do. We especially welcome applications from women. What you bring along: • Experience: You hold a university degree and have already taken ownership in Revenue Operations with results you can point to, ideally in a scale-up or start-up environment. • Automation and AI: You know process automation and AI-supported workflows from your own hands-on work, you have implemented concrete use cases yourself, and you know where they add the most value in GTM. • Data analysis: You bring complex data from different sources together, see the patterns in it and turn them into recommendations that revenue leaders and the C-level can act on. • CRM and BI tools: You know your way around Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and you have experience presenting data clearly with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Metabase. • Stakeholder coordination: You have worked with different teams before, you know how to moderate competing requirements, communicate priorities clearly and make complex topics understandable for everyone involved. • GTM expertise: You know the key metrics of a revenue organization, you understand how pipeline, forecast and stage velocity work, and you have a solid grasp of retention metrics such as NRR, renewal rate and expansion. • Languages and tools: With very good German and English (C1 each) you communicate confidently across the team. Experience with Confluence or a comparable tool and with the Microsoft 365 environment rounds off your profile. Benefits • Make a difference: Your work helps to reduce CO₂ emissions and make buildings more sustainable and energy-efficient. • Mobile work: Organise your working day according to your needs – with flexible working hours, short core working hours and the freedom to work from our modern office in Cologne, remotely from anywhere in Germany or up to 10 days a year from other European countries. • Feel-good offer: With 30 days of annual leave, you can relax and unwind, while fresh organic fruit, regional coffee, free drinks and our monthly team breakfast provide you with your daily energy boost. • Further training: We support you with tailor-made training opportunities to advance your career. • Tech stack: You will receive modern work equipment of your choice – whether Microsoft or Apple – as well as high-quality noise-cancelling headphones for focused work. • Mobility package: Always mobile: you can choose between the Germany Ticket or a Jobrad bike – for your commute or private use. • Pension provision: Subsidies for capital-forming benefits (VWL) or company pension schemes (bAV). • Stay active: With our Urban Sports Club membership, you have access to a wide range of sports and fitness offers – to help you recharge and stay healthy inside and outside of work. • #teamaedifion: Regular team events, working on an equal footing, actively sharing experiences and flat hierarchies promote strong teamwork and open communication within our team. • Dog-friendly office: Bring your dog along – we look forward to some animal support.
