Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

Your Mission: At VÆRIDION, we're building the Microliner, a fully electric aircraft, and the battery technology that powers it. To make that happen, we need great people, and as our Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you'll play a key role in bringing them on board. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll own recruiting end to end for your positions and advise our hiring managers as a true partner. You'll make sure every candidate gets a process that is fast, honest, and personal. You'll also keep improving how we find and hire talent. Our goal is to ensure that every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of VÆRIDION, regardless of the outcome. Your Day-to-Day: • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from screening to offer and closing. • Understand your hiring managers' requirements and advise them on recruiting, including relevant market insights, realistic timelines, and candidate availability. • Design and run sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and networks, to reach passive candidates in competitive markets. • Lead complex and cross-functional hiring processes, and influence hiring decisions with structured interviews and data-driven recommendations. • Negotiate offers and close candidates. • Maintain our ATS Ashby and keep data and reporting clean and reliable. • Improve our recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding. Your Profile: • You have a background in HR, business, psychology, or a related field. • You have 3+ years of recruiting experience from first conversation to signed contract, ideally in a scaling company or a technical industry. • You can run a hiring process on your own, from screening to hire, and you are confident challenging hiring managers to drive better hiring decisions. • You find people who aren't looking. You know how to approach engineers and specialists directly and get a reply. • You communicate clearly in English, in writing and in conversation, and you keep candidates and stakeholders informed without being asked. • You stay organised across many open roles at once and never lose track of a candidate. • You work well with data and modern recruiting tools. Experience with Ashby is a plus. • Fluent in English is required, German is a Plus. • You enjoy working in an office-first culture at our Munich site. We recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every listed qualification, we still encourage you to apply. Talent and potential can’t always be captured in a checklist. Why us? • Be part of an ambitious team determined to shape the future of aviation. • We are an in-office company, but we value flexibility and trust employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work or adjusting hours to accommodate personal commitments. • Subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership: your (mental) health is important for us. • Enjoy a subsidized lunch with a 5€ company contribution per meal on office days. • Become a part of our success with virtual stock options. • Choose the option that suits your needs: either a free charging station for your electric car or a public transport job ticket as part of the Deutschlandticket. • Lease a high-quality bicycle or e-bike through our JobRad program and benefit from tax advantages. Whether for your daily commute or personal use, enjoy more mobility and sustainability. • Pension scheme to support your long-term financial security. • Work in one of our offices in Munich or Delft. Enjoy the modern Balan Campus in Munich or work inside the aerospace ecosystem at TU Delft. • Boost your professional as well as personal growth executing your own ideas and independent projects. • Join our internal social events and retreats (e.g. cooking, game nights, sports). VÆRIDION was founded in 2021 to transform regional air travel with the Microliner, a 100% electric commercial aircraft.
