At Lio, you won’t just support the People function, you’ll help lay its foundation. You will play a direct role in building the team behind our growth while creating the systems and processes that shape how Lio operates. You’ll work closely with leadership, gain hands-on exposure to recruiting and People strategy, and own projects with visible impact from day one. If you want to learn how an exceptional team is built, and help build it, this is your opportunity. Are you in? Any questions about the role? Feel free to reach out to Cansel.
