We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the team behind our launch vehicles and propulsion systems. This is a hands-on, primarily onsite role focused on high-quality technical recruitment at pace. You will partner closely with engineering and business leaders to attract exceptional talent across propulsion, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, electronics, software, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. You will be expected to move quickly without lowering the hiring bar, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer. If you’re excited by hard technical challenges and want a role where you will make a real difference each day to the future of the company, we may be the place for you. At our company, job titles and career progression are earned, not determined by years of experience alone. They reflect the responsibility you take on and the dedication you bring to each project. If you’re ready to rise to the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
